Had really really nice stay in this nice hotel, the staff were helpful, location was favourable close to everything. Location: the venue was right by ha long bay as well as railway station, airport bus. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Namaste ha Noi, ate there couple of times.

Incredible and perfect location in a quaint quiet alley near Ga Ha Noi and easy access to a market and a convenience shop. Appetising food for dinner and breakfast.

The staff here is friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient being close to a Kfc where you can grab a meal within a short walk.

For the price, the value was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of some dish soap for guests to wash their own dishes. However, the staff took care of it promptly, so it wasn't a major issue.

the staff is young, kind, and welcomes you with warm smiles. the location is unbeatable, as it is located in a strategic area close to everything you may need on your visit. You can easily reach the main touristy center, the railway station, restaurants, hairdressers, and even a park for jogging. the room was well, designed with modern furniture, a properly, equipped kitchen and spick, and, span. the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options and delicious.

We spent our new year's vacation in a hotel in the heart of the city. the rooms were cozy and had the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and always helpful in planning the day's itinerary. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with several restaurants and landmarks within walking distance.

The noise level in the hotel. the walls were thin and we could hear the sounds of construction and traffic outside.

I had a fantastic stay at Narcissus Hotel & Apartment. the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. the hotel is located just outside the busy Hanoi Old Town area, but a quick $2 cab ride takes you right into the heart of the action. the room was clean and newly renovated, with great facilities. The housekeeping service was top-notch, even better than what I've experienced at 5-star hotels. 😊.
